Public Building Commission of Chicago | Program Management
Since 2007, Cotter has provided program and project management services, sustainability services, and project controls including scheduling, to the Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) for their municipal capital development program. Cotter served as part of PBC’s Program Management Organization (PMO) from 2007 to 2013, and as a direct extension of staff in the same capacity from 2013 to present. The $3+ billion program includes more than 130 completed municipal projects to date, including over 85 LEED-certified projects that represent over $1.6 million in annual energy cost savings. Cotter provides project management services for all phases of project development, from formulation through closeout and post-occupancy, in addition to assistance in developing program goals and standards.
