The Joan and Paul Rubschlager Building is the initial component of a 10-year RUMC Master Plan. Rush University Medical Center plans to construct the new building to house new and existing outpatient clinical services.

As part of the Jacobs-led team, Cotter provides full-service oversight and management for all aspects of the program, with a particular focus on MEP/FP systems. This includes CM selection, procurement, and management of owner consultants, management of the design team, cost and schedule controls and management and construction planning assistance. Construction-phase duties will include on-site representation, safety and quality oversight, financial management, and closeout assistance.
