Cotter Academy

At Cotter, we champion the professional growth of our team through a rigorous training program that ensures the highest level of professional practice. Cotter Academy is our forum to foster continuous improvement, customized training and exposure to best practices in technology tools and systems.

Professional Development

Our professional staff are encouraged to participate in training programs, seminars and conferences that support their career development. We also offer wide-ranging internal training sessions.

Mentorship

Cotter administers a customized internal mentorship program that pairs our senior experts with junior staff and emerging leaders. These relationships have been highly beneficial to the mentees and the mentors, enriching their professional experience and providing a hands on resource for professional development.

Intern Program

Cotter proudly supports the ACE Mentor Program and hosts a student each summer. We also routinely invite college students pursuing careers in the AEC industry to intern with our experts.
