Planning & Design Phase

Before a project is built, we collaborate with our client to define project goals including cost, schedule, and physical requirements. Establishing the preliminary budget and schedule framework informs project processes and steps. Our clients rely on our technical knowledge and local industry experience to guide them through contractor selection, proposal solicitation, and working with an architect. We define processes to communicate with users, staff, and leadership to ensure that our clients know what to expect every step of the way.

Construction Phase

We help clients make informed decisions during the construction process. Through contractor oversight, schedule and budget management, document control, risk management, and quality assurance, we provide rigorous oversight. Phasing, permitting, accounting for disruptions, and communicating what users and the public can expect while the project is being built is key during this phase.

Close-Out Phase

When a project is nearing completion, we coordinate and finalize finishing activities, facilitate completion of the punch list, assist with occupancy inspections, coordinate all maintenance and user training, and conduct proper contract close-out. We provide clients with the necessary documentation and data. When the building is turned over, clients rely on us to ensure their project is performing.
