Rising above Prairie Avenue in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood, the 40-story Marriott Marquis is now Chicago’s sixth-largest hotel. The impressive mega-hotel features a great room-style lobby, restaurant, bar, and marketplace food court. The hotel offers two 25,000 sf ballrooms, over 93,000 sf of meeting space, 1205 guestrooms, 44 luxury suites, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and dining space that can accommodate 400 guests.

Cotter Consulting served as the project manager. Responsibilities included FF&E, coordination, and consultation with each department, development of a comprehensive budget, and management of close-out documentation.
