Fiserv Forum Entertainment and Sports Center

A world-class arena, the new Fiserv Forum is home to the Milwaukee Bucks and the Marquette University Golden Eagles men’s basketball teams. The arena hosts more than 200 events annually and includes court space (both basketball and hockey), team training, administrative and locker room suites, 18,041 seats, 34 club suites, group theater-style suites, main kitchen storage space, main and upper-level concourse concession spaces, and main and secondary atriums.

Teaming with Mortenson, Cotter provided quality management services for the project, including detailed construction inspection, coordination of third-party testing agencies, and quality assurance activity across various trade scopes of work.

The Fiserv Forum was awarded the 2019 ENR Midwest Best Project Award.

Project Team

Becoming part of the larger construction management team, Cotter was able to help ensure the highest level of quality assurance on this fast paced 24 month build through onsite inspection, project documentation, coordination and procedures. The team (CM, Contractors, AE, Owner’s Representatives) worked tirelessly over long days/nights, weekends and through adverse weather conditions to achieve the completion of the project on budget and on time.
