General Services Administration IDIQ Project Management

The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Cotter an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide project management services that included project initiation, execution, and closeout of construction, repair and alternation, facility assessment, and estimating services projects in various federal buildings in the Chicago area.

During the five-year contract, Cotter worked on over 60 task orders issued for the Everett McKinley Dirksen U.S. Courthouse, the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building, the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building, and the Harold Washington Social Security Center. For each project, Cotter prepared the statement of work, coordinated site visits with pre-approved contractors, helped develop specifications, and prepared procurement documents.
