The Cotter team leads and supports all planning, design, construction, and operations start-up activities to ensure a comprehensively scoped, procured, managed and controlled project that meets business objectives, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

Development Management
After identifying objectives, Cotter works with clients to create operational plans and manages an integrated team of third party designers, builders, specialty consultants, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper evaluation of primary alternatives, tests of underlying assumptions, and efficient execution.
