Project Management
The Cotter team leads and supports all planning, design, construction, and operations start-up activities to ensure a comprehensively scoped, procured, managed and controlled project that meets business objectives, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
Development Management
After identifying objectives, Cotter works with clients to create operational plans and manages an integrated team of third party designers, builders, specialty consultants, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper evaluation of primary alternatives, tests of underlying assumptions, and efficient execution.
Strategic Planning
Cotter works with clients during the earliest stages of planning and program formulation to create a comprehensive delivery strategy. Cotter analyzes institutional objectives, internal resources, and market risks. We collaborate with our clients to lead the development of execution plans, anticipated resource requirements, and financial models. Cotter also assists clients in developing capitalization strategies and securing funding commitments. As plans progress, Cotter develops data, analytics, financial forecasting, and reporting systems to efficiently monitor the project.
