As the Owner’s Representative, Cotter ensured the repositioning of the new core and shell of a retail building were delivered to support Acadia Realty Trust’s goals. Once completed, Cotter oversaw the build-out of the new TJMaxx location that is in the renovated retail building. Cotter’s project management services allowed Acadia, based outside of Chicago, to rely on a trusted on-site representative. The project team ensured that the TJMaxx store was completed to specifications and opened in accordance with the TJMaxx schedule.
