To ensure the Hamilton Exhibition was ready for opening day in late April 2019, the Hamilton Exhibition hired Cotter Consulting to manage the project from pre-construction through closeout. Cotter managed project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals were met. This unique experience closed in Chicago in August 2019.
