The challenge on this project was to work closely with and on behalf of our client, the developer/landlord, while also being focused on the ultimate client - the tenant’s - needs. And with this focus, the team was successful in delivering a great outcome.

Advocate Healthcare Immediate Care Center
The King Sykes Medical Office Building is a three-story, 55,000 sf office building located south of McCormick Place near the south side of Chicago. The building is 100% occupied by Advocate Medical Group and provides urgent care services.
Cotter’s role included the development and execution of a design/build procurement process, design management, and assisting our client through the entitlement and permitting phase.
