Two Twelve Clayton
Two Twelve Clayton is a 26-story, 394,566 sf multifamily mixed-use tower located in the heart of Clayton, Missouri. The development includes street level retail, a 215-bay parking garage, and easy access to mass transit. Cotter operated as investor’s representative, ensuring the construction process ran smoothly, advising on contracts, procedure, maintaining budget and schedule, reviewing cost estimates, change orders, and other items influencing time, budget, and project quality.
