We were engaged early in the construction phase and worked closely with developer and there team, Booth Hansen and Macon Construction, to deliver this high end luxury condominium building in Chicago’s hot west loop neighborhood. We provided project management services that included coordination with the Ownership team and bank lender through the delivery of the 28 units.

The Hayden West Loop Luxury Condominiums
Cotter served as Owner’s Representative on SULO Development’s Hayden condominium development. The development features a nine-story, 28-unit luxury condo building at 1109 W. Washington Boulevard in Chicago’s bustling West Loop. The Booth Hansen-designed building is situated just steps from McDonald’s corporate headquarters on the former site of Oprah’s Harpo TV Studios.
Cotter is managing the design team, procurement process, and construction of the new condominium.
