The Albion at Oak Park | Investor’s Representative
Cotter is providing Investor’s Representative services for the Albion at Oak Park highrise, representing an equity investor. The Albion is a new 19-story, mixed-use tower at 1000 Lake Street in Oak Park, Illinois.
The building includes 265 residential units and 7,500 sf of first-floor retail space. This project will add to the vibrancy and economic strength of the retail district in Oak Park.
