The L at 2211 North Milwaukee introduces a coastal living concept to Chicago’s hip Logan Square neighborhood. The LEED-certified TOD, designed by Brininstool + Lynch and developed by Property Markets Group, includes 120 residential units, 67 parking spaces, 5,000 sf of ground-level retail, and 11,500 sf of private and communal outdoor space.

Cotter staff provided executive-level support to identify local resources to support the developers and assisted with contract negotiations and administration. In addition, during the construction process, Cotter staff advised the in-house management team on administrative procedures, constructability, and design issues.
