Originally built in 1927, 1448 North Lake Shore Drive is situated on the shore of Lake Michigan. The 19-story neo-Gothic residential tower said to be inspired by the Chateau de Blois in France, is undergoing renovations to plumbing, risers, elevator modernizations, boiler replacement, and façade upgrades.

The Cotter team is working as the Owner’s Representative, collaborating with all stakeholders, such as the Board, residents, and management. Cotter maintains schedule, budget, and quality effectively, working with the Co-op to provide efficient, effective and reasonable schedules and budgets to complete the upgrades with the least disruption to the residents’ daily lives.
