Located at Clark and Wells in Chicago, the Kennelly Square Condominium is a mixed-use complex comprised of two interconnected structures: a 22-story tower built in 1970 adjacent to an early 1900s nine-story mid-rise warehouse. The complex features 268 residential units and an enclosed 138-bay parking garage.

Cotter staff managed a competitive construction procurement process and served as an advisor for value solution and contract negotiations. The Cotter team also worked with the Homeowner’s Association to develop multiple financing and payment plan options for board consideration and assisted in coordinating distribution and communication of this information to the owners.
