Optimo Hats, founded in 1991, had outgrown its former location on Western Avenue in Beverly, Chicago. They decided to move production to a former firehouse, which was renovated to suit the manufacturing needs of the brand. Cotter staff provided services from concept through procurement, and on-call oversight during construction.
