This high-end project involved beautiful finishes and project input directly from Italy. We enjoyed working on a project with stakeholders from another country, and welcomed the challenge. The finished product is a great addition to the fine boutiques on Oak Street.

La Perla Boutique
La Perla relocated its Chicago boutique from Michigan Avenue to the heart of Chicago’s bustling Oak Street retail corridor. The 2,100 sf boutique features upscale Italian furnishings, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to quality and high fashion. The boutique’s design elements include luxe materials, such as onyx and marble, as well as arched entrances inspired by La Perla’s Italian heritage.
Cotter managed the development of the boutique, leading the interior design effort and incorporating extensive Italian fabricated fixtures and furniture. Half of the project budget was dedicated to the custom-designed fixtures and furniture delivered from Italy.
