Northwestern University engaged Cotter to function as an extension of staff for the transformational RRyan Fieldhouse and Walter Athletics Center. The project was intended to satisfy the University’s goal to create a world-class facility on the Evanston campus. The 427,483 sf Ryan Fieldhouse is among the most versatile training and recreation venues in the country and serves as the practice facility for football, soccer, and lacrosse. Cotter managed all job-site-related coordination for the owner, and also tracked job site issues, and change order requests.
