Regional Gas Utility Company | Master Facilities Program

The Regional Gas Utility Company (RGUC) Facilities Master Plan is a program comprised of seven new buildings, land purchases, and roadway improvements. The goal of the program is to upgrade the quality of RGUC facilities for employees, improve customer service, operate efficiently, and maximize the value of owned real estate.

As the RGUC’s prime consultant, Cotter is providing project controls services throughout the design and construction process for the program. Cotter developed project-specific cost management financial reports, budget management, cost forecasting, change management, and the review and coordination of construction joint venture cost reports and schedule updates.
