King-Bruwaert House
Cotter is serving as the Owner’s Representative for the King-Bruwaert House‘s renovation to their historic senior living facility in Burr Ridge, IL. The beautiful existing manor house will be enhanced with room improvements and amenity upgrades to improve the quality of life and longevity of the facility. During the planning phase, Cotter is providing cost estimating, cost and schedule projections, and stakeholder consensus-building.
