WisDOT I-94 N-S Freeway Russell Road to Wisconsin State Line
This project united the Illinois and Wisconsin portions of highway I-94 and required the effective coordination of plan drawings and specifications from IDOT and WisDOT personnel.
As a sub-consultant, Cotter provided observation, documentation, change order management, pay estimates, material certification, and testing, and RFI response services. Cotter monitored and verified that all work was successfully performed in accordance with the proper specification.
