WisDOT I-39/I-90 Expansion (IL State Line – US 12/18)

Originally built in the 1960s, the 45-mile corridor of I-39/90, Illinois state line – US 12/18 (Madison) had outdated design features that were a safety concern. Recommended plans and design work to improve safety, ease congestion, and modernize the transportation corridor are being implemented to improve this integral part of the national Interstate system.

Serving as a sub-consultant, Cotter is providing program and project controls including financial tracking, document control, issue tracking, and meeting minutes on the design and construction of this project.
