Project

College of Lake County | Program Management

The College of Lake County required Program Management services to support the school’s $144 million master plan. Cotter has served as program manager for the five-year, three-campus capital construction program. The College of Lake County program scope included classroom modernization, parking lot and road service improvements, building additions and remodels, new science building construction, and new geothermal plant and loop construction. All initiatives are intended to meet the master plan’s sustainability goals. As a result of this Sustainable Master Plan, CLC was awarded the most sustainable Community College in the State of Illinois. This construction program is now complete, and the College is embarking on the next phase of the Master Plan with Cotter serving as the Program Manager.

As program manager, Cotter is responsible for the overall coordination of 19 projects included in the master plan and oversight of all construction management, architecture and engineering, and trade contractors.
