The repositioning involved replacing the façade and demolishing the previous tenant build out, and modernizing the new space with an appealing new aesthetic. Project managers ensured that the facade replacement ran smoothly, advised on contracts and project procedures, maintained budget and schedule, reviewed cost estimates, change orders, and other items influencing time, budget, and project quality.
