Cotter is excited to announce the completion of a project for Frankfort School District 157c!

The District recognized Chelsea Intermediate School‘s circulation challenges, as well as the limited spatial capacity to support their growing student body. The project involved renovations of existing classroom and learning spaces, the addition of new classroom and collaborative learning spaces for every grade level. Since early 2021, Cotter served as the District’s Owner’s Representative, helping to guide their team through the complexities of this multi-year phased Construction project. Our services started during the design phase, and continued though bidding, construction, closeout, and occupancy.

Working with FGM Architects and Bulley + Andrews, the project was completed in time for the start of the 2023-2024 school year!
