Cotter is excited to announce North Central College (NCC) has celebrated the groundbreaking of the construction of their Merner Parking Pavilion. The parking pavilion will address parking availability for the College and the surrounding community, enhancing relationships with the community and organizations neighboring the campus. Cotter has been serving the project as Owner’s Representative to provide various services, including project coordination, budget monitoring, grant reporting, provide ideas to improve design and execution, and driving project challenge resolution.
