Allison leads Cotter’s recruitment, training, and human resources efforts to support clients with best-fit project managers and construction professionals. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Allison earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Indiana University-Bloomington.

Prior to joining Cotter, Allison was the Area Director of People Services for CoralTree Hotels. Allison takes an individualized approach to each scenario and believes there is no “one-size fits all” approach when it comes to interacting with people.
