Loai is an Engineer and  Inspector with deep experience working as a member of the Chicago Department of Water Management (CDWM) construction teams. Loai is strong in many facets of the construction process such as project management, solid waste management, construction management, traffic & transportation engineering, surveying, and GIS. His critical thinking skills and work ethic are complemented by his ability to work as a team player.
