Doug Blanchard is an accomplished leader with over 31 years of program management, project management, and architectural experience in the Aviation industry. Doug has led both large and small projects for the Chicago Department of Aviation at O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. He is experienced in providing program management and design services and can provide design contract management for a wide range of projects. Doug Blanchard is currently Program Director for the Residential Sound Insulation Program (RSIP) and has led design teams for the South Airport Control Tower at O’Hare and other CDA facility projects. Doug provides continuity of project oversight from project inception through project activation while focusing on quality, collaboration, and innovation. He practices integrated project management, where communication and collaboration distinguish a process focused on realizing the client’s vision.
