In this bustling retail corridor, prime retail space had remained vacant for three years.  The owner elected to reposition the vacant space and become more attractive to a retail tenant by replacing the façade and demolishing previous tenant build out to be delivered as a warm dark shell that will appeal to a new tenant.

Cotter ensured the delivery of the warm dark shell process ran smoothly, advised on contracts and procedure, maintained budget and schedule, reviewed cost estimates, change orders, and other items influencing time, budget, and project quality.
