LaGrange School District 102 selected Cotter as the Owner’s Representative for the District’s 2025 Referendum Capital Improvement Implementation Services. The District’s six elementary schools serve the communities of La Grange, La Grange Park, and Brookfield, Illinois.

“We were impressed with Cotter’s expertise and experience,” said Tonisha Sibley, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations.

The “RenewD102” initiative resulted in the passage of an $82 million referendum. The program will address infrastructure needs in aging school buildings, enhance safety and accessibility, update classroom spaces, and expand learning environments to support STEM instruction.

Led by Cotter’s Terry Fielden, the work will unfold over the next few years and will continue to engage families, staff, and residents in bringing SD 102’s vision to life.

“We are thrilled to be working with SD 102 to implement their transformational program for the District. Cotter is prepared to work collaboratively with STR Partners and Nicholas & Associates.
