Cotter joined College of Lake County for the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Urban Farm Center in Waukegan.

Led by Jamie Boller, the Cotter team has been instrumental in the planning and design for this high-tech agricultural hub, including the Lakeshore Farm, Lakeshore Kitchen, and Lakeshore Market.

According to CLC, the Urban Farm Center will feature year-round educational gardens, including a greenhouse and hydroponic crops grown in a vertical production space and a mushroom lab. The facility also features a commercial kitchen, retail space, and a multi-purpose room.
