
Cotter joins GSA and DEA for New Laboratory Groundbreaking Ceremony
Hosted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Cotter joined U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane Young, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), New England HIDTA, the New Hampshire Department of Safety, the Town of Londonderry, and members of the New Hampshire federal congressional delegation for a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Drug Laboratory in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
Cotter is serving as the Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) for this project. In this role, Cotter will provide site development, site excavation, building shell, tenant Improvement and security related construction. Cotter was awarded this project through our General Services Administration Blanket Purchase Agreement.

About the project
The state-of-the-art New England Lab New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont with real-time drug evidence analysis, drug chemistry, and latent fingerprint testing. According to the DEA, the lab will expedite testing in the region by analyzing more than 5,000 drug exhibits a year. Data collected from the lab is used to investigate and prosecute drug crimes involving fentanyl and other synthetic drugs.

The reality of this project provides the blueprint to expand DEA’s unique and critical forensic capabilities across the country.”
