Group Manager, K-12 EducationAs Group Manager, Terry provides strategic planning, business development, and unmatched market insight backed by his 30 years of K-12 experience. With a career K-12 volume of 1 billion dollars in program management, renovations, and new facilities, Terry has successfully led projects for numerous Illinois districts including Elmhurst CUSD 205, New Lenox School District 122, Leyden High School District 212, Elgin U-46, and Winnetka School District 36. Terry is renowned in the Chicagoland market for creating immediate trust and confidence with school district clients.
Terry has earned accolades and leadership positions through his service to Illinois K-12 schools. In 2024, Terry received the Above and Beyond Award from the Illinois Association of School Board Officials (IASBO), the highest level of achievement for a Service Associate. Terry also has given back to his local K-12 community by serving as a Naperville Community Unit School District 203 School Board Member for 12 years.
Terry has never failed to open a facility within the allocated resources and delivery schedule. He is well versed in developing contract language leveraging owner control coupled with strong enforcement skills. Terry has strong leadership skills coupled with an ability and desire to pass along knowledge.
