Scott HardySenior Project Manager
Earlier this year, the Cotter team unexpectedly lost our colleague and dear friend Scott Hardy. Scott was a Senior Project Manager with Cotter’s Buildings Group for ten years. He delivered projects for notable Cotter clients including the College of Lake County, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Milwaukee Public Schools, Mitchell International Airport, and the Fiserv Forum, home of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Scott was an expert in all aspects of building construction, from the roofs to the foundations. A consummate professional, Scott’s expertise was valued by clients and colleagues alike. He was always ready to lend a hand or provide guidance to anyone needing assistance, and always did so with good humor and a spirit of generosity.
Scott loved his family, his friends, and his work. He left a void for those of us who knew him well, not just as a colleague, but as a true and dear friend.

When asked by individuals outside of the profession why I enjoy my work so much, the answer is simple: I have the pleasure and privilege to work alongside and learn from an extraordinary group of individuals each and every day. Their skill, knowledge, craftsmanship, attention to detail, heart, and soul are second to none.
