Rosemary is an experienced Contracts Administrator and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the public sector, managing government projects for critical municipal operations and transportation planning. Rosemary employs effective communication, negotiation skills, research and leadership capabilities to ensure that critical processes are managed proactively and professionally. Rosemary is also an Adjunct Faculty with DePaul University’s School of Public Service.
