With over 18 years of experience, Mark has completed many successful aviation and underground utility construction projects with a focus on project controls and quality procedures. He is skilled in project estimating/bidding, field supervision, permitting processes, budgeting/cost controls, wet utility construction projects, subcontractor & crew supervision, project planning, scheduling, site safety/OSHA compliance, quality control management, and contract documentation. As the Manager of Operations and Controls for the Residential Sound Insulation Program (RSIP), Mark has the expertise to oversee key aspects of the Program. These are supported by his collaborative approach and ability to work with an array of team members with diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
