Lori Kelleher

Retired President and CHRO at Black & Veatch

Ms. Kelleher recently retired as President and CHRO working in global businesses ranging from $350M to $3.0B with locations in over 100 countries. She is regarded as a business leader that provides business insight, transformational leadership, and strategic vision for organizations to strengthen productivity, operational performance, and shareholder value. Ms. Kelleher was on the executive team and reported to the CEO of Black & Veatch, a $3.0B global construction and engineering company. In addition to human resources, Ms. Kelleher had global responsibility for real estate, facilities, construction equipment, fleet, and internal communications. She also served as the Chair of the Black & Veatch Foundation. In 2018, Ms. Kelleher joined the Board of Directors for First Federal Bank of Kansas City. Prior to Black & Veatch, Ms. Kelleher served as Vice President of Global Human Resources for Hollister Incorporated and held various other human resource positions. Currently, she is a Director of SOCI and a Governance Fellow with NACD. Ms. Kelleher holds a B.S. from Miami University.
