As Group Manager of Learning and Development, Brian oversees The Cotter Way, an integrated system of training, development, mentoring, quality, and technology initiatives. The Cotter Way draws on the firm’s culture and institutional knowledge and adapts proven industry best practices and emerging trends. Brian’s diverse experience includes education, healthcare, athletics, utilities, municipal, and transportation projects. He has served as project controls manager for large capital program teams and has extensive experience providing construction dispute resolution support services.
