Cotter Consulting, Inc. (Cotter) is delighted to announce that it has merged with RMC International, LLC (“RMC”), a real estate and project management consulting firm focused on corporate, developer, real estate investment and institutional clients.
Founded in 1990 by Anne Edwards-Cotter, Cotter Consulting, Inc. has grown from one-person to a firm of 90+ professionals providing program, project, and construction management services to public and institutional clients.
RMC International, a Chicago-based advisory practice headed by David Crowell, and Michael Szkatulski, specializes in assisting clients involved with capital projects through application of business acumen and experience. The merger will expand Cotter’s reach by opening relationships in new market areas, and expanding the breadth of services offered.
