Chicago-based Cotter Consulting, Inc. provides project management, program management, construction management and sustainable services to effectively manage building and infrastructure projects for public, private, educational, healthcare, and nonprofit clients. We lead the project team to achieve the goals and objectives of our client and the project. The result is a project that is delivered on budget, on schedule, within scope and in a safe environment.
Founded in 1990, Cotter is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the City of Chicago, Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP) and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the City of Chicago.
