I-90 Reconstruction and Widening in Rockford

Construction management services for several roadway and bridge reconstruction projects on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) from Rockton Road to South Beloit Plaza. As the prime consultant, Cotter oversaw the entire project and was responsible for the direct oversight of the General Contractor.

The $10 million project covered the remaining 3/4 mile of Tollway prior to the one mile of IDOT roadway that ends at the state line into Wisconsin. The project included the widening and reconstruction of mainline interstate pavement, drainage, median and electrical improvements and structural rehabilitation.
