Commissioning
All owners strive for their buildings to operate efficiently. Commissioning is one of the most cost-effective methods of reducing energy costs and improving comfort levels in buildings. Commissioning provides a quality assurance process tailored to ensure that each building functions as efficiently as possible.
Our third-party commissioning services are a requirement for LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and our Enhanced Commissioning services provide two additional points towards certification.
