Over the past three years, contractors working on the O'Hare Modernization Project (OMP) have moved 7 million cubic yards of dirt, installed 29,000 linear feet of storm sewers and 57,000 linear feet of duck banks. To ensure such a massive effort proceeds effieciently, the City of Chicago's Department of Aviation (DOA) called on Cotter Consulting, Inc. to provide Quality Assurance Materials Testing (QAMT).

Chicago Sound Insulation Program

Construction inspection services for the Residential Sound Insulation Program (RSIP) at O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport. The goal of the RSIP is to reduce the noise level from aircraft flyover in homes. 6,818 homes at O'Hare Airport and 3,983 homes by Midway Airport are being tested and insulated through the program.
