We are seeking an individual to provide project management services in the Normal, IL, area. As the owner's representative, the PM II will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. This is a part-time opportunity for 3 days a week. The individual may work from home. Construction on the project is scheduled to start mid-late 2010 and will last into 2012. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years related experience with education, healthcare, government, and/or institutional projects.
We are seeking an individual to provide project management services on building projects for corporate, public, and institutional clients. As the owner's representative, the PM I will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. The PM I assists with large/complex projects and/or works independently on small projects or projects of low complexity. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 5 years related experience with education, healthcare, government, and/or institutional projects.
